1. The Promotion will be applied to all relevant orders, such orders will be subject to our standard terms and conditions of service.
2. The following conditions apply with regard to trees removed under this promotion:
a. The tree/s removed must have a trunk diameter of at least 15cm at chest height.
b. Trees forming a hedge are excluded (a hedge is defined as a group or row of 3 or more trees).
c. Maximum of three trees per property on any one job.
d. The tree/s in question must not be able to grow back – they must have been poisoned or the stumps completely removed.
3. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and/or at our absolute discretion withdraw the Promotion from at any time without notice.
